This Privacy Policy explains how EDPN Services and System Co., Ltd (“EDPN”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

EDPN is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry and service-request forms: name, company, business email, telephone number and the content of your message (for example project specifications or equipment details). Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
- Email and telephone correspondence: the details you provide when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of access and pages requested, recorded automatically in server logs by our hosting provider for security and operation.
We do not use this website to collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use your personal data

We do not sell or buy personal data. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share personal data with
- Equipment manufacturers and authorised suppliers, only where needed to obtain a technical or commercial offer for your enquiry, and only the information required for that purpose.
- Service providers that host this website and our business email (Microsoft 365), acting on our instructions.
- Competent authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside Vietnam
Some recipients above (for example manufacturers located abroad and cloud service providers such as Microsoft) may store or process personal data outside Vietnam. Where this happens, we carry out the assessments and apply the safeguards required by Vietnamese law.
6. How long we keep personal data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Quotation, contract and service records: for the period required by law (for example accounting records) and otherwise for as long as the business relationship continues.
- Server logs: for a limited period set by our hosting provider for security purposes.
7. How we protect personal data
Access to enquiries and correspondence is limited to authorised EDPN staff. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold and will notify the competent authority of any personal data breach as required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to Vietnamese law, you may:
- be informed about the processing of your personal data;
- access, correct or obtain a copy of your personal data;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint or seek remedies under the law.
To exercise any right, email privacy@edpn.vn. We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within the time limits required by Vietnamese law. We may ask you to verify your identity.
9. Children
This website is intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
