Not every commissioning justifies flying an OEM engineer to site, and not every site can wait for one.
The manufacturer runs the sequence from its own service centre while EDPN provides the engineer on site — taking the measurements, making the settings and confirming the results in real time.
The commissioning record is issued by the manufacturer and countersigned by EDPN, exactly as it would be for an attended commissioning.
