Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance on UPS and charger systems, planned around ageing components rather than around the calendar alone.
Preventive maintenance exists to find the failure before the load does.
A visit covers visual and thermal inspection, cleaning and filter service, torque checks on power terminations, measurement and logging of DC bus and battery parameters, functional test of transfer and alarms, and firmware and setting verification against the commissioning record.
Findings are reported with a clear separation between what was corrected on the visit, what needs parts, and what should be budgeted for the next period.
