An oversized bank wastes capital and floor space; an undersized bank fails the duty it was bought for.
EDPN sizes stationary battery banks against the real load profile — steady, momentary and end-of-discharge — with the required autonomy, minimum end voltage, design margin, ageing factor and site temperature taken into account.
Sizing is issued as a calculation you can check, not only as a part number, and covers Ni-Cd and lead-acid options where both are viable.
