Installation Supervision
EDPN engineers supervise the installing contractor so that the system is mechanically and electrically correct before it is energised.
Most commissioning problems are installation problems found late. Supervision moves the discovery forward to when it is still cheap to fix.
EDPN attends during installation to check cable sizing and routing, torque and termination quality, clearances and ventilation, battery rack assembly and inter-cell connection, and earthing arrangements.
Deviations are raised with the contractor in writing while the equipment is still accessible.
